Refund policy

Every TERΞSITA piece is made to order — cut and sewn for you once you place your order. Because nothing is pre-made or held in stock, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, fit, or sizing.

Please check the size guide carefully before you order. If you're unsure, email us at teresa@teresitacouture.com before placing your order and we'll help you choose.

Faulty or incorrect items

This does not affect your legal rights. If your piece arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will put it right.

Email teresa@teresitacouture.com within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue

We'll respond within 2-3 working days and arrange a repair, replacement, or refund. If a return is needed for a faulty item, we cover the return postage.

Refunds for faulty items are issued to your original payment method within 5 working days of us receiving the item or agreeing the resolution.

What we can't accept

  • Returns for change of mind
  • Returns because the size ordered doesn't fit (please use the size guide)
  • Items damaged through wear, washing against the care instructions, or alteration
